1. Original Birth Certificate issued from Municipal
Corporation/Nagar Palika in Case of Nursery, LKG, UKG.
2. SSSMID(SAMAGRA SAMAJIK SURAKSHA MISSIONID) of child
with Family ID.
3. Bank account of child from Nationalized Bank.
4. Adhaar card of child.
5. Caste certificate of child- if the candidate belongs
to SC/ST, OBC Category.
6. Mool Niwasi Certificate.
7. Address proof of parents (Ration Card, Electricity
bill).
8. ID proof of parents (Adhaar card , Voter Card).
9. Four passport size photographs.
10. All photocopies
of documents should be self-attested.
Admission
for classes I to IX will be granted on the basis of the availability of seats
in the respective classes.

2. Transfer certificate (T.C.)with counter sign( from
class 2nd and above).
3. Mark sheet of previous two classes, the child studied (class
2nd and above.
4. SSSMID(SAMAGRA SAMAJIK SURAKSHA MISSIONID) of child
with Family ID.
5. Bank account of child from Nationalized Bank.
6. Adhaar card of child.
7. Caste certificate of child- if the candidate belongs
to SC/ST, OBC Category.
8. Mool Niwasi Certificate.
9. Address proof of parents (Ration Card, Electricity
bill).
